3 Part CSI Specification

Description
Rigidized®  Metals System 2 custom fabricated metal pan-in-pan interior wall panels feature "Z" clips for easy and efficient wall installation. Pan-in-pan panels can be sealed for damp environments.

Panel Face Options
Stainless Steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and steel in thickness .024" - .090".

Finish Options
Mechanical finishes include mill, polished, embossed and Rigidized®  deep textured. Powder coated and colored stainless steel are also available.

Core and Adhesive Options
  • Premium fire rated MDFB with two-part FR epoxy adhesive.
  • Aluminum honeycomb with FT Structural adhesive.
Panel Dimensions
Thickness 3/8" to 3/4"
Width and length limited to panel face material.
